Food hygiene is a major concern in the catering, hospitality and retail industry. We operate a Chartered Institute of Environmental Health registered training centre where we train all food handlers in safety and hygiene. 

I come from a catering background with a B Ed Hons in education and training specialising in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety. With over 20 years experience which includes working as the main food safety trainer for Rochdale council under the name of Learn Local and also training Tesco employees.

Whilst we are based in Rochdale, Premier Food Hygiene covers a wide area including Oldham, Bury, Bolton, Middleton and Greater Manchester. 

We can provide a flexible service that is tailored to your needs. We are a friendly, reliable, professional company with competitive rates. 

Most of our courses are completed at the customers premises with the possibility of training being taken during evenings and weekends where applicable. 

We cater for everyone with an interest in providing safe food for the general public.
